Prison uniform top is an item used in the Rocking Out quest. When players arrive at the Rock Island Prison, they will be wearing this prison uniform.
During the quest, it is worn together with Prison uniform trousers. The top is also changed into a Fishy prison uniform top.
If dropped, select Shout-Through Door, and speak to guard to get a replacement.
