A Vacuum pump is made during the Rocking Out quest. It is transformed from an Accordion by using Smashed bottle, Inky paper, and pipe on it in stages.
When played: "The accordion makes a whistling noise through the pipe, but it is distinctly tuneless. At least this time the pipe is more secure, thanks to the paper." This refers to the various stages in making the vacuum pump.
