Plans is an item given during the Rocking Out quest. It is given by Captain Donnie to players as proof for Captain Redbeard Frank. However, the plans are incomplete and will need some rubbing from 50% Luke's legs.
In order to complete the plans, use some Charcoal on 50% Luke's legs. When complete, it will become a Charcoal rubbing.
