A brooch is an item obtained during the Rocking Out quest. It is given by the Locker Officer after players have found a file for "Wanda the Fish". This brooch belongs to Wanda, a friend of Cap'n Izzy No-Beard.
This item is the only item that can be taken off Rock Island Prison. You lose the items you were holding and wearing on the swim back to shore. You manage to keep hold of the brooch, however, by pinning it to your clothing.
