William is a Cape Merchant who sells team capes. He sells the capes with the box symbol, numbers 1, 11, 21, 31, and 41. He can be found walking just outside the Red Dragon Isle, but he may also appear at the Demonic Ruins. William ranges from level 35 to 48 Wilderness. You can buy a cape from him for 50 coins each. He is often hard to find, this is why players often don't see his capes worn by other players. Being persistent will help players find him.
