Edward is a Cape Merchant who sells team capes. He sells the capes with the horizontal stripes, numbers 5, 15, 25, 35, and 45. He can be found walking east of the Demonic Ruins in Level 46 Wilderness, on an island with a sizable ruined fortress on it.
He tends to wander a lot, as he has been seen as far out as Rogues Castle. Capes can be purchased from him for 50 coins each.
While in the Demonic Ruins, watch out for player killers.
