TzHaar-Xil-Hur, according to TzHaar-Mej-Kol, was a TzHaar hunter that lived 104 years ago. His weapon rack was built by TzHaar-Hur-Bol, the TzHaar-Hur that built the TzHaar City's former gate. Apparently, he was a good hunter, but caused a lot of trouble in the city. He may have had a role in the "Haar-UITz" rework project that Mej-Kol claims to have led.
Xil-Hur does not currently appear in-game, and may have died at an undetermined point in the past.
