TzHaar-Hur-Bol was, according to TzHaar-Mej-Kol, a TzHaar crafter that built a gate to the TzHaar City. Although he does not appear in-game, he may appear in a future update.
The gate was apparently destroyed in a lesser demon attack in the year 65 of the Fifth Age. Although TzHaar-Ket-Kad, a TzHaar guard, managed to fend the demons off, the gate did not survive the attack, and never seems to have been rebuilt.
