According to TzHaar-Mej-Kol, TzHaar-Ket-Kad was a TzHaar warrior that fended off a lesser demon attack in the Year 65 of the Fifth Age.
Apparently the lesser demons attacked the TzHaar City from the Crandor-Karamja tunnel outside the city. Although they were little threat to the TzHaar, they did manage to destroy the city's entry gate, which TzHaar-Hur-Bol had recently crafted. Kad single-handedly managed to drive them off, although the gate seems to have never been rebuilt.
TzHaar-Ket-Kad does not appear in-game, and may be deceased at this point.
