Ardougne City Council

The Ardougne City Council is the council responsible for the day-to-day management of the city. It consists of elected officials; with the only known member as of now being Councillor Halgrive. The Kings of Kandarin created the council, but it does have some power in its own right. A theory put forth for the reason of its creation is that the previous King, King Narras, was generally regarded as insane, and executed random citizens for his own entertainment. King Ulthas may have thought it wise to limit the power of the monarchy slightly.
