Coated frogs' legs can be obtained two ways: pickpocketing cave goblins or exchanging food in Dorgesh-Kaan. They will heal 20 lifepoints when eaten. They are not to be confused with Toad's legs, an item used in Gnome cuisine as well as in Herblore.
