Matthias is the falconer at the Piscatoris Hunter area. You have to get falcons off him to catch Dashing kebbits, Dark kebbits and Spotted kebbits. Falcons cost 500 coins for an unlimited amount of time in the area. 43 Hunter minimum is needed to be able to catch any kebbits.
Trivia
- Matthias looks strikingly similar to Mattias Nilsson from Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, though it should be noted that the Matthias featured in RuneScape had existed two years prior to the release of that game.
