Perfect snail shells are dropped by giant snails during the Temple Trekking activity. They can be sold to Barlak in Dorgesh-Kaan for 600 coins and 500 Crafting experience. If killed by your companion there is a 100% chance of obtaining a Perfect Snail Shell from a Giant Snail (Be sure to do damage to the snail otherwise you will not get any drop).
