The stone head is a quest item used during the Enakhra's Lament quest. It is made by using a chisel on a piece of sandstone while the camel mould (p) is in the player's inventory.
The head can then be inserted into the cavity on top of the pedestal on the upper floor of the underground temple south of the Bandit Camp.
