A player must steal the statuette from the Varrock Museum during The Golem quest. It is on display on first floor, in display case no. 30. After the player steals, it, it is placed in the empty alcove underneath the Ruins of Uzer during the quest.
After you steal the statuette, the display case reads: "Recently this display was stolen and its whereabouts are unknown." However, if the player loses the statuette, he or she can get another one by using the display cabinet key with the now empty display case.
To steal it, you must steal the display cabinet key from the curator then use the key on the exhibit.
