The Toy soldier is a wind-up toy made at a Crafting table 3 in the Workshop of your Player Owned House (POH), requiring a Clockwork and a regular Plank. Level 13 Crafting is needed to assemble the soldier. Once wound up, he can be released to walk around the immediate area. Clockwork toys are commonly used in riots to create more chaos. They cannot be picked up by others.
