Captain Tobias Hills (or simply Captain Tobias) is a non-player character found in Port Sarim.
Along with Seaman Thresnor and Seaman Lorris, players can ask him to take them to Musa Point in Karamja at a cost of 30 coins.
If players complete the Karamja easy tasks the cost is reduced to 15 coins, the gloves do not need to be worn for the discount. If the player is wearing a Ring of charos(a), they need not pay anything.
Trivia
- In the Varrock Census, he is listed as a guard. It is likely, since it is nine years out of date, that he left Varrock sometime during those nine years to become a sailor. It may also be possible that it is not him, but a different Tobias, although there are no other people of the same name in the game.
