The Torso is a quest item used only in the Creature of Fenkenstrain quest. It's 1 of the 5 parts of the monster that Dr. Fenkenstrain is creating. It is found by digging a grave which the grave stone dungeon (east of Fenkenstrain's Castle) leads to.
