Bone in vinegar is an item that players use during the quest Rag and Bone Man, and for the wish lists of both Rag and Bone Man and Fur 'n' Seek. It is made by using certain one-time drop bones (such as a wolf bone) with a pot of vinegar. These do not stack in the bank, and thus take up a lot of space to store in the bank.
All the bones in vinegar look identical, but the examine text differs for each one. For example:
- There is a cave goblin skull in here.
- There is a seagull wing in here.
- There is a ghoul bone in here.
Caution: Take extreme care not to accidentally empty the pot during your quest or when cleaning the bones. You will be left with only the empty pot, forcing you to retrieve the bone all over again!
