The Water wizard is a monster that wanders around the meadow north-east of Rimmington. The water wizard roams the area with his three elemental companions: Air wizard, Earth wizard, and Fire wizard. When engaged in combat, the water wizard can cast water strike and weaken. If the player attacks with any type of water spell, the wizard will say, Gratias tibi ago, and then heal himself.

Trivia
- Just like the other three wizards, the water wizard does not drop bones, but instead ashes as a 100% drop. This is strange given its human-like appearance and the fact that even demons drop different ashes.
- Water wizards die the same way as the character in the Draynor Bank Robbery video, turning into a skeleton and then falling to the ground.
- Healing one of the elemental wizards (air wizard, water wizard, earth wizard, or fire wizard) with the correct elemental spell is one of the Falador Tasks.
- The water wizard's water strike flies higher and is slightly lighter in colour than those that a player can cast.
- "Gratias tibi ago" means thank you in Latin.
- When killed, the water wizard immediately respawns, but then disappears after about 1.5 seconds. This is thought to be a glitch.
