Coloured/Fractured Crystals are involved in the Mourning's Ends Part II quest and are used to change the colours of light in the Temple of Light. There are currently 5 crystals.
Once the Temple of Light puzzle has been solved, players are left with the Cyan crystal. It cannot be banked so it is recommended to simply destroy it.
