Olive oil is found after searching the shelves in the Seal Camp during Some Like it Cold. It is used to help carve a Battlefish set for Plaza.
Trivia
The examine text is a reference to Olive Oyl, the girlfriend of Popeye who was the main character of Elzie Crisler Segar's comic strip in the 1930's called Popeye.
