The Offhand mithril longsword is an item similar to the Mithril longsword except that it is equipped to the shield slot. Like all other Mithril weapons, level 30 Attack is required to wield it.
The Off-hand mithril longsword can be created via the Smithing skill at level 56 from 2 mithril bars, providing 100 Smithing experience.
