Havoc is an ability found in the Ability book. It is a Basic Attack ability which requires level 7 Attack to use and only works if two one-handed weapons are wielded, one in the main hand and the other in the off-hand. It has a cooldown time of 10 seconds. When activated the player instantly attacks with both weapons for 125% of both of the weapons' damage.
