The Virtus wand is a magic weapon that is part of the Virtus set. Wielding it requires level 80 Magic.
In the beta the wand can be obtained for free from the magic weaponry traders in throughout major cities. It is worth 143,000 coins.
It has the fastest attack speed of all magic weapons, along with other wands added in the beta. Like other wands, no offhand version of the virtus wand exists, but there is a virtus book.
It was added to create a balance between level 80 weapons amongst the combat styles. For example, the zaryte bow is 2 handed compared to the chaotic crossbow, and the virtus wand is 1 handed to the 2 handed chaotic staff.
