Martin Steelweaver is a smithing skill expert that is encountered during Troll Warzone. He will give a free hammer during the Machinery of War section for the player to craft a Bronze helm for Isold. He also runs a shop, called Martin Steelweaver's Smithing Supplies Shop, which sells hammers.
