The Citharede hood is an equipable reward from the One Piercing Note quest. When worn with the rest of the Citharede robes, it will restore prayer when listening to a musician.
During the quest, it is used to make a dummy to trap the killer.
This hood gives protection to Saradomin followers in the God Wars Dungeon, as it is affiliated with the god Saradomin.
