The Marmaros full helm (Tier 3) is an item that can only be obtained and used while Dungeoneering. It requires level 20 Defence to wear. It may be picked up from the table at the beginning of a dungeon, obtained as a monster drop, or produced using the Smithing skill.
It can be produced by using 2 Marmaros bars with a hammer on an anvil, requiring level 25 Smithing and granting 61 Smithing experience.
Despite only requiring 20 defence to wear, its stats are closer to an adamant full helm. The stab, slash and ranged defence bonuses of a Marmaros full helm is 2, 2 and 1 lower respectively than that of an Adamant full helm but the crush defence is 1 lower than a mithril full helm. Like all other equipment in Daemonheim, it has 0 Summoning defence but this is not important as no creature in Daemonheim uses Summoning.
