Zuriel's robe top is part of the Zuriel's equipment. It can be obtained by killing Revenants, or as a very rare drop from the Chaos Elemental.
The corrupt version requires 20 Defence and 20 Magic, and lasts for 15 minutes of combat. Meanwhile, the normal version requires 78 Defence and 78 Magic, and lasts for an hour of combat. After the time is up, the item disintegrates.
Contrary to popular belief, this item does not degrade while using non-combat magic.
This armour has the second highest magic attack bonus of any item worn in the body slot, falling just behind Virtus robetop's +36 bonus.
Since the Damage Soaking update was introduced on 14 December 2010, Zuriel's Robes have become more popular to wealthy players in PvP combat, because of their ability to soak up a large amounts of melee damage. Wearing the Zuriel's Robes set in conjunction with the Farseer kiteshield, it is possible to have a visible 40% melee damage absorption bonus.
The degraded version high alch value is 45,000 coins.
