Zamorak's world is a dimension where the Dark Elves of the Iorwerth Clan are trying to open a portal to, in order to summon a mysterious and highly-speculated upon Dark Lord whose origins and significance are unknown. The Dark Lord apparently dwells within Zamorak's world, which means it is possible that the Dark Lord is Zamorak himself, which is hinted at by General Hining. "Zamorak's world" could refer to the God Realm. However, the Dark Lord may also be another entity who descended from the world Zamorak originally did, which would be Freneskae, given that Zamorak was originally a Mahjarrat. Arianwyn, the leader of the Rebel Elves who lives in Lletya, says: "If the gate to Zamorak's world is opened it will be the end of life, all life."

An odd thing is that the Elves wanted Iban's Well of the Damned sealed and turned back into the Well of Voyage despite the fact that the Well of the Damned was a passage to Zamorak's. This may be because it is a one way pit or because they just didn't know.

In the Dungeoneering skill, it is revealed that Bilrach, a powerful Zamorak-aligned Mahjarrat, entered the dungeons of Daemonheim for the sole reason of reaching deep into the core of Gielinor, where, according to his chronicles, a rift to Zamorak's world lies. With this, he hopes to bring Zamorak back into Gielinor.
