Torture is a basic magic ability. When activated the player deals up to 125% active spell damage or 157% active spell damage if their target is stunned.
It is most commonly used to deal a quick and fairly large amount of magical damage to the opponent, as it's cooldown time, level requirement and time required to cast it are all quite short, and it is often use as a "last hit", to finish off an opponent quickly without disrupting most other magical abilities. It may be a reference to real-life Torture, which inflicts a vast amount of pain onto a victim. In the case of this spell, life points are affected, and the victim/target suffers a large deal of lifepoints loss.
