The Warhammer (class 5) is a melee weapon used in the Stealing Creation minigame. It requires 80 Attack to wield and level 80 Smithing to make. It is made by using class 5 Sacred clay on a Creation kiln. It is generally not used much due to a perceived lack of utility by many players. It is not very useful against mages and rangers as it focuses on accuracy in order to counter opponents wearing heavy melee armour, most of which is wasted against a target without high melee defenses. Also, few players wear heavy melee armour to avoid attracting more damage from mages using Ancient Magicks. If they do, mages would make short work of them. On the other hand, a Scimitar (class 5) or a Dagger (class 5) will also hit through weaker armour easily but without unnecessarily sacrificing speed for additional accuracy. Like all other Stealing Creation equipment, this item can be traded freely between players who are on the same team during the minigame.

It should be noted that all three types of melee weapons in Stealing Creation with the same class have the same Strength bonuses, +75 in the case of class 5 weapons. The only differences are speed and accuracy, and the fact that the warhammer is 2-handed. However, the latter is not an issue as there are no off-hand items available in Stealing Creation.
