Victoria is a citizen of Lumbridge, a sleepy farming town in southern Misthalin. Her brother, Lachtopher, was recently forced to take up residence downstairs in her house because goblins attacked the village. Victoria took him in because it was what her mother had taught her - to be understanding and kind - although she thought Lachtopher would leave in couple of weeks. His laziness has since taken a toll on her nerves. fi:Victoria
