The Empty vial is an item obtained during the Lunar Diplomacy quest, from Baba Yaga. It is the only vial that can contain a Waking Sleep Potion. This vial can only be used during Lunar Diplomacy, not for the Potion of Shared Dreaming or any other potion made during Herblore. The vial becomes an Empty vial after use and has no further use once the quest is completed
