Varrock Palace Secret Guard

The Varrock Palace Secret Guard are a secret organisation within Varrock. They are seen mostly in the What Lies Below quest. Their job is to protect King Roald from the Dagon'hai, a mysterious Zamorakian order, and many other Zamorakian assassins. Varrock has an anti-Zamorakian policy, enraging many followers. During What Lies Below, they recapture Surok Magis, the new leader of the Dagon'hai, and again imprison him in the Varrock Palace Library.
