Update:Website problems (fixed)

A number of customers may have experienced difficulty accessing the runescape.com website during the previous 24 hours.

We believe this issue was caused by a configuration error at one of our hosting companies. The hosting company has been contacted and the problem resolved, so the website should be functioning normally again now.

We sincerely apologise for any inconveniance caused.
