Update:Recent Game Outages

This update was added on 11 April 2011.

Due to an issue with our core infrastructure, the RuneScape game client and certain website features were unavailable earlier today for an extended period. We have taken steps to rectify this issue as quickly as possible, and the game and all website features should now be back in full working order.

We have taken every care to save every player's progress, however, there is a very small chance that a few players have lost some minutes of profile data. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
