Update:A few fixes and tweaks

This update was added on 29 May 2003.

Todays update fixes a few bugs.

1. Seaweed now works properly again.
2. The watchtower quest also now works again
3. The dwarf remains in the dwarf cannon quest now spawn much faster
4. The pickaxes in the shop in the dwarven mine now spawn much faster
5. Fatigue on combat has been reduced (particularly for high level fighters)
6. Sleeping bags now restore fatigue slightly faster
