TzHaar-Hur-Lek sells some ores and uncut gems in Tzhaar City. He is also the only NPC to sell uncut Onyx and Onyx bolt tips. TzHaar-Hur-Lek is the TzHaar who makes TokKul, as seen in Postbag from the Hedge 17:
