TzHaar-Mej-Tak is a TzHaar with knowledge of human written language, and so is responsible for written correspondence between humans and TzHaar. He answers a letter in Postbag 46 explaining how obsidian is used in weapons and how due to its short supply and the TzHaars' natural body structure that it is not made into armour.
