TzHaar-Mej-Malk is a TzHaar NPC guarding a cave along with two other Tzhaar, TzHaar-Xil-Tog or TzHaar-Hur-Frok. It, and their fellow guards, feature in the quest TokTz-Ket-Dill. It is one of the three NPCs who can be talked to in order to start the quest.
