Torrcs can be found in the timeline section of Varrock Museum. He wears full rune armour. He and Marfet are both player spoofs, and have no known relevance in RuneScape. Though he is often vague he drops a hint about who Bob the Cat really is. He tells you to go talk to Unferth in Burthorpe to find out more.
Trivia
- If the player mentions the Digsite Expedition, Torrcs will ask the player if he/she has done it. If, the player says yes he will tell the player that they can get the Teddy Bear back by stealing it from the female student. This is true, however the Teddy holds no purpose.
- Torrcs still wears the old style rune armour, thus being one of very limited places to see the old graphics. One other such spot is an armour display stand in a Player-owned house.
