A Katagon full helm is an item released with the Dungeoneering update. It can only be worn while Dungeoneering in Daemonheim.
The Katagon full helm requires level 70 Defence or higher to wear. It is tier 8 armour and requires two Katagon bars and level 75 or higher Smithing to forge on an anvil with a hammer, giving 151 Smithing experience.
Compared to a Dharok's helm, the stab, slash and ranged defence bonuses of a Katagon full helm is 5, 9 and 2 higher respectively. However, its crush bonus is noticeably poor, only 3 higher than a Rune full helm. Like all other equipment in Daemonheim, it has 0 summoning defence but this is not important as no creature in Daemonheim uses Summoning.

Trivia
- It was possible to take this item out of Daemonheim, but Jagex fixed this glitch quickly.
- The horns in Dungeoneering helmets get longer as their tier goes higher. The Novite full helm has the shortest horns of all Dungeoneering helmets, while Primal full helm has the longest.
