The Ticket goblin is an NPC who sells tickets for the Dorgesh-Kaan - Keldagrim Train System. Since the quest Another Slice of H.A.M. is required to access the system, and free use of it is given as a reward, he serves no purpose for players. His counterpart in Keldagrim, the ticket dwarf, similarly has no use to players bar conversation.
