This is a documentation subpage for Template:RFA. It contains usage information, categories, and other content that is not part of the original template page.

When using this template to start a request for Adminship, the syntax is as follows. Note that "subst:" must follow the name of the template so that it will leave template format upon saving the page.

|username = The name of the user you are nominating.
|nommessage = The message from the nominator that appears at the start of each request.
|sig = ~~~~
|Q1 = If you happen to be nominating yourself, you can use this parameter to fill out the first question. It is optional.
|Q2 = This parameter is used to fill out the second question, which is also optional.
|Q3 = And the third question, still optional.
|Q4 = You may choose any or none of the three options in the fourth question. Answer "none" instead of leaving blank if you do not want any of the options.

the sig parameter is optional, and should only be used at self-nominations. Remove the parameter if not used (do not leave blank).
