The Teacher and pupil NPCs are two NPCs in one. They can be found in the museum in Varrock on the top floor. They were added along with the Varrock Museum minigame update.
When talked to, the pupil will comment on the funny manner in which the art critic talks, to which the teacher replies with a comment about him having funny ideas.
