A Spinebeam staff can only be found in Daemonheim and has no requirements to wield. At complexity level 3+ and level 48 Fletching, the staff can be made by using a knife on Spinebeam branches.
As a staff made of Tier 5 wood it can be imbued on a runecrafting altar to become any of the Low Tier magic staves, up to the Catalytic staff (50 Runecrafting).
