Spectral attendants are found in the lower, middle, and upper south-west rooms of the ruined temple under Soul Wars, during the Nomad's Requiem quest. The attendants are aggressive and in a Multicombat area. They attack using melee.
A Salve amulet or Salve amulet (e) is effective when killing Spectral attendants.
