A Lamb is a young sheep found in Lumbridge's sheep pen, near the general store. The lamb, like most sheep (excluding rams), cannot be attacked. It does not, however, have wool that can be sheared, making it somewhat similar to scenery. They basically cannot be interacted with in any way. Formerly, two lambs (one white, one black) wandered the Lumbridge sheep pen. However, at some point, the white lamb's name and examine information were changed, and it is now known as a "Li'l Lamb."
