Sani Semiv is located in the Lumbridge Mine during Learning the Ropes. After that he's located south of the west bank in Varrock. He teaches players the basics of Smithing. He appears to be shorter than other human NPCs. He can supply a player with a hammer if they do not have one in their inventory or in their bank.
Trivia
- In the Varrock Census he is listed as "master smith".
- He is wielding a hammer, which cannot be wielded by players.
